The role of Content Manager and Technical Trainer involves leading the development and delivery of a transformative digital training platform and hands-on training programs for our advanced stage automation control system.
Key Tasks:
* Create Engaging Content: Transform technical documentation, product manuals, and internal knowledge into digital training modules, interactive guides, video tutorials, and reference manuals in professional English.
* Deliver Global Training: Conduct live, on-site training sessions at world-renowned venues.
* Lead Internal Workshops: Conduct immersive 2–3-day onboarding workshops for new team members at our office.
* Manage the C.A.T Academy Platform: Oversee the platform's rollout and ongoing development.
