📢 Are you passionate about animal protection and have experience with leading acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and markets? Humane World is looking for a dynamic personality to contribute developing and strengthen the fundraising programme in Europe for donor acquisition, with a special focus on regular givers!

• Candidate should be based in one of the following countries: Italy, Germany, Belgium,
The Netherlands, and Poland.
• Remote, travelling will be required to meet teams and vendors.
What Will You Do?
* Develop and implement a comprehensive EU supporter acquisition strategy aligned with global fundraising goals.
* Lead end-to-end execution of acquisition campaigns across various channels.
* Oversee creative development, content production, and campaign optimisation.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance.
* Work alongside retention lead to monitor donor journeys, focusing on early retention and conversion strategies.
* Maintain compliance with relevant EU regulations across aquistion channels.
* Depustise for the regional Individual Giving lead as and when required.
* Produce insight-driven reports to inform future investment and strategy and lead forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modelling for acquisition activities.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure integrated campaign planning.
Who Are We Looking For?
An individual with:
* University degree or equivalent work experience required;
* A minimum of five (5) years' experience in leading acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and markets, preferably in the Non Profit sector;
* Fluency in English and preferably working knowledge of German/Italian;
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools;
* Strong experience with managing suppliers and agencies to ensure cost effective spending;
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
* Knowledge of EU fundraising regulations and compliance standards.
* Knowledge of and commitment to animal protection issues (desirable).

The gross renumeration for this role will be from € 50,000 to € 70,000 (depending on country of residence and experience level).
