YOUR TASKS
1. You manage and advise PAYBACK online partners from the German and Asian eCommerce segment
2. You define relevant KPIs for efficient budget allocation and drive the continuous development of all measures
3. You identify potential based on market, industry, and company analyses and coordinate suitable actions with your partners
4. You regularly collaborate with colleagues from Online/Offline Marketing, Customer Insights, and Process Management
5. You analyze campaigns both qualitatively and quantitatively and derive optimization opportunities
6. You structure complex issues and can organize multiple topics in parallel
YOUR PROFILE
7. You bring several years of experience in digital performance marketing and key account management with eCommerce players from the German and Asian markets
8. For communication with our partners, excellent written and spoken German and Mandarin skills as well as good English skills are required
9. You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
10. You feel comfortable in negotiation situations and count communication among your strengths
11. You are data-driven, have strong analytical thinking skills, can quickly grasp complex issues and derive suitable measures
12. You think customer-oriented and work result-oriented and reliably
13. You enjoy working in a team as well as independently
