As a central institution of TU Hamburg, the Computing Center provides the IT infrastructure and the necessary IT services for research and teaching as well as the service areas. The data center administration provides the organizational and support framework for the six departments.
Your tasks
* Management of the data center administration and the CIO/SenA IT/crisis team offices
* Management, concept and further development of the finance/contract management of the data center as a central office for material/personnel/investment funds
* Personal assistant to the data center management/Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Your profile
Required
* academic degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in the field of business administration/VWL/WOW, computer science, business informatics or law or
* Skills and experience equivalent to a university degree
Advantageous
* Experience in organizational development and committee work, ideally in a university environment
* Experience in contract and budget law, cost-performance accounting and controlling, ideally in a university environment
* Knowledge of SAP, ideally in a university environment
* Strong initiative and the ability to grasp complex issues and present them in an understandable way for different target groups
* Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)
