Your Mission
As SAP Sales Director, you will help our customers optimize SAP solutions and advise them on leveraging SAP to meet their business objectives. Your focus will be on SAP-driven business transformations across various industries. You will receive coaching from inspiring leaders and access top industry training to continuously enhance your expertise.

The earliest start date for this role is Fall 2025.
Your daily responsibilities include:
1. Develop relationships with key decision-makers at existing clients and identify new potential clients.
2. Manage opportunities end-to-end — originate, shape, and close deals.
3. Collaborate with SAP sales leadership and account executives on pre-sales and qualification activities.
4. Conduct research, competitor analysis, deliver client presentations, and prepare estimates and proposals.
5. Assist in identifying the appropriate SAP solutions for clients.
Who you are
1. 10+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, and account management within the Technology/SAP services industry.
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
3. Proven experience in sales origination, preferably in consulting, and building relationships with C-suite clients.
4. Ability to establish credibility internally and externally as a trusted partner.
5. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Fluent in English and German.
