What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
o Assist viewers through phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
o Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.
o Troubleshoot technical issues, such as system configurations and network settings.
o Deliver accurate and real-time answers to inquiries.
o Contribute to building brand engagement for our clients.
Your qualifications
* You'll excel in this role if you:
o Have a high level of German (c1 or native) and English (B2) (oral and written).
o Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry.
o Possess excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and teamwork.
o Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices, If not it is not a problem
o Have a positive and solution-driven attitude.
