If you would like to become part of this, then apply for the position of (Senior) Manager Retail Performance (m/f/d) A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st October 2025 ‘The position of "(Senior) Manager Retail Performance (m/f/d)" will play a crucial role in driving the performance and profitability of our global retail network.’ Florent –International Retail Director Indulge your passion… • Performance Culture Development: implement tools and KPIs to measure and optimize store operations globally, fostering a data-driven performance culture. • Global Network & Investment Analysis: serve as a business partner for the commercial assessment of business cases for retail, collaborating closely with HQ Finance and local management. • Retail Performance Management: calculate, report on, and set targets for various retail KPIs. Conduct analyses across products, categories, and locations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Strategic Planning: create, coordinate, discuss, present, and communicate the 3-year retail network plan, ensuring regular follow-up with internal stakeholders. • Real Estate Coordination: manage global real estate commercial approval and leases renewal, coordinating between market and Group stakeholders. • Team Management: manage a team of one Retail Performance Analyst, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. You’ll have… • 8-10 years of experience in FP&A within a global organization, with mandatory knowledge of retail operations and ideally luxury. • Proven ability to develop and implement KPIs and performance management systems. • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Looker. • Fluency in English is required. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
