Your tasks
8. Ensuring the stable operation of a module within the overall microservices system
9. Support for software projects, e.g., during the commissioning of applications.
10. Taking on the role of liaison between stakeholders on technical issues
11. Ensuring stable operational processes and continuous improvement of services
12. Analysis, evaluation, documentation and management of incidents and problems as 2nd level support
13. Introduction and continuous expansion of professional monitoring
Your profile
14. Completed studies in computer science or business informatics, or alternatively a comparable qualification
15. Several years of professional experience in the IT field
16. Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of distributed systems
17. Experience in agile software development using Scrum (or SAFe)
18. ITIL knowledge
19. Knowledge of working with Jira and Confluence
20. Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), service-oriented software design (SOA), and microservices in the cloud.
21. Experience working with Kubernetes, ECS, AWS and monitoring tools such as Instana, Graylog, Grafana or Prometheus
22. Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
23. Strong communication skills, pronounced analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent working style.
