The Role
As a Software Architect, you will define, develop, and analyze our cloud-based products. You should be a Java expert with experience in design principles, documentation models, and software architectures, possessing a growth mindset and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements and develop technical concepts.
* Evaluate technical solutions and create decision bases.
* Participate in our architecture team to develop our cloud applications, coordinating with business units and management.
* Take responsibility for innovative solutions tailored to customer needs, considering cost and risk.
* Collaborate with developer teams in Timișoara, Sibiu, Hamburg, and Munich.
* Provide technical education and training to development teams.
* Evolve development processes, from tool selection to defining methods.
Key Requirements
* Completed degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in object-oriented Java development.
* Knowledge of frameworks and cloud technologies like Spring Boot, IAM, Kubernetes.
* Experience with design principles, documentation, and software architectures; event-based systems experience is a plus.
* Practical experience as a software architect in cloud-native environments is ideal.
* Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
* Good English skills; German skills are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
