What you´ll do
* Ensure consistent adherence to Global Manufacturing Master Data standards, templates, and governance requirements across all regional sites
* Monitor compliance, identify deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions together with plants, Data Stewards, and cross‑functional teams
* Analyze Master Data quality metrics, uncover systemic issues, and lead initiatives to enhance, harmonize, and automate data processes
* Standardize and optimize Master Data creation and change workflows to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times
* Lead the regional Community of Practice, share best practices, enable capability building, and ensure alignment on global updates and initiatives
* Represent the region in global governance forums and contribute to shaping future templates, rules, and Master Data roadmap priorities
* Coordinate data‑cleansing activities, ensure timely updates to key Master Data records, and support resolution of issues impacting manufacturing execution, planning, and costing
* Consolidate regional insights and operational needs to support global planning, pilot readiness, and successful rollout of Master Data standards and solutions
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, master data, or process management, ideally with multi‑site or regional leadership exposure
* Strong expertise in manufacturing master data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Recipes, Costing) and advanced proficiency in SAP PP/MM/CO, S/4HANA, or similar ERP systems
* Skilled in data management tools, analytics, and Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage, along with knowledge of data governance and master data quality frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a structured, detail‑oriented working style with a continuous improvement mindset
* Experience leading communities or cross‑functional groups and fluent in English
