You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
 Sales & Customer Service 
 1. Active support and advice for our customers in the Fragrance department and beauty trends on the sales floor 
 2. Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
 3. Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level 
 4. Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news 
Services 
 5. Continuous further development of your own expertise 
 6. Sharing your own expertise with the team 
 7. Short and insightful services in all departments 
 8. Implementation of beauty classes 
 9. Responsibility for the Beauty Hub 
 10. Development of team looks to support brands, trends and animations 
Operations 
 11. Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
 12. Assortment and merchandise maintenance
 13. Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
 14. Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
 15. Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor 
 16. Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates 
 17. Carrying out inventories 
 18. Operating cash register 
 19. Additional tasks related to the daily business

 29. At least 3 years of professional experience in the Fragrance departmend

 31. Mature experience in retail, consulting and dealing with customers 
 32. Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends 
 33. Fluent in English or German
