Senior Manager, Treasury | European Fintech | High-Impact Role HYBRID WORKING IN EITHER BERLIN OR LUXEMBOURG A high-growth European fintech is looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to take ownership of its Treasury Management System (TMS) and play a key role in modernising its global treasury operations. If you enjoy building, improving and driving transformation in a fast-paced fintech environment - this one’s for you. The Role You’ll be the go-to expert for all things TMS, leading its implementation, development and ongoing optimisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll shape processes, deliver impactful reporting, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll be responsible for: Leading and administering the Treasury Management System Managing treasury-related projects across the organisation Improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency Creating meaningful reporting and analytics for treasury and wider teams Supporting liquidity management, cash forecasting and payment flows Overseeing bank account administration, user permissions and compliance (KYC/FATCA) Collaborating with directors and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives What We’re Looking For Strong experience implementing and managing a TMS Proven project management skills Treasury background in fintech or payments (c. 3–5 years) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward Strong communication skills in English and German Tech-savvy-familiar with tools like SAP S/4Hana, SharePoint, MTeams
