What your responsibilities are You independently manage shifts and support your supervisors with administrative tasks. You stay on top of things and know how to guide and lead your team effectively. You contribute to creative and innovative menu planning and cost calculations based on the F&B concept. You optimize productivity and efficiency in your areas of responsibility, lead by example, and share feedback and ideas with your supervisors. You work closely with the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations. You oversee kitchen cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring compliance with HACCP standards. You assist with purchasing and ordering food and supplies in coordination with your supervisors. You are a true team player across all F&B departments and the leadership team. You help develop our kitchen team and play an active role in training our apprentices, sharing your extensive knowledge with enthusiasm.
