The role As Senior Manager Operations Transformation & Performance (OTP) youll play a key role in shaping our international Inventory and Warehousing agenda. You will contribute to the development of our target operating model and lead improvement projects across our 12 international fulfillment centers.
Reporting to the Associate Director OTP (Inventory & Warehousing) you will independently manage a portfolio of local and global projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency improving inventory accuracy and optimizing warehouse processes.
Working closely with both global leadership and local operations teams you will help define and execute the international OTP agenda orchestrate improvement initiatives and support implementation on site. Leveraging our global footprint and best-practice exchange you will enable sites to scale efficiently adopt new technologies and improve core inventory and warehouse management processeswhile minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
This role combines strategic design project execution and hands-on support. What youll do Engage and build community Strengthen international collaboration by engaging with local stakeholders and building a global Inventory & Warehousing community.
Facilitate expert forums to align on priorities share best practices and address ongoing challenges across markets.
Collect analyze and incorporate feedback into process improvements and global roadmap planning.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and launch dashboards that provide transparency on key metrics (e.g. stock levels stock accuracy process adherence).
Drive discussions on performance indicators support problem-solving and enable data-driven decision-making.
Optimize and standardize processes Ensure consistent and efficient Inventory & Warehousing practices across the international network.
Apply global guidelines and standards to warehouse and inventory processes.
Oversee the creation and rollout of global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Promote adherence to global standards through regular reviews and structured change management.
An exceptional academic record with a Masters degree from a top tier college or University (Engineering and Business degrees preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferable as a consultant Continuous Improvement Engineer or Production Leader with track record in operations improvement project delivery
Solid method competency in lean methods problem solving techniques and structuring of complex improvement projects
Six sigma black belt or similar qualification is a plus
Exceptional project and people management skills
Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency measure performance and reduce costs combined with a good sense of hands on mentality
Fluent business English knowledge other languages are considered a plus.
