X Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is looking to strengthen the team at the Hessian University Computing Center (HeHRZ) at the earliest possible date on a permanent basis with two Employees in the areas of DMS administration and IT infrastructure (100%) Reference number: 192/2025 K.6 The HeHRZ is the central IT service provider for Hessian universities. In this context, a Hesse-wide and cross-university document management system with various interfaces is operated. Your tasks: Support and further development of the DMS system landscape Support and further development of the IT infrastructure Support and further development of other applications and systems Planning, creation and implementation of training courses, workshops and information events Representing the interests of the cooperating universities in working groups Your profile: Completed scientific university degree (Bachelor or FH diploma) Professional experience in the design, realization, implementation and administration of IT infrastructure Professional experience in working with relational databases and/or in-memory databases (e.g. MS SQL, HANA) Knowledge of system administration (Windows Server and/or Linux) Advantageous are: Knowledge in the administration of DMS/CMS systems Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting languages Knowledge in the administration of firewalls and other network infrastructure Knowledge in the conception and implementation of workshops and training courses Good written and spoken German and English language skills Good organizational and communication skills Independent, structured and careful way of working Ability to work in a team and social skills Distinct customer and service-oriented behavior Gender and diversity competence are a prerequisite Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics We offer: Remuneration is in accordance with pay group 12 of the collective agreement for employees of the state of Hesse (TV-H).
