As HR Officer for the German entity, you will play a key role in deploying the Group’s HR strategy localy, working closely with both the headquarters and the local management team. Job location : Munich or Hamburg. Reporting Line : Directly to Group HR Director (France) & Functional Reporting: Equity Partner Germany. Your scope will cover the full HR lifecycle, including : Recruitment & HR Administration -Identify staffing needs in collaboration with local managers. -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate selection, interviews. -Organize and monitor onboarding for new hires and ensure alignment of local onboarding practices with Group standards. -Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the Group’s values. -Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding & offboarding, preparation of contracts, amendments, exit procedures and interviews etc and other HR documentation in compliance with german labor law and Group standards Training & Development -Assess training and development needs. -Coordinate the local training plan in cooperation with Group HR. -Contribute to talent development and internal mobility initiatives. Operational HR Support -Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions. -Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. -Support and implement transversal HR&CSR projects (engagement, culture, diversity, etc.). Reporting -Ensure accurate HR data, compliance with all local legal requirements -Prepare HR reports and KPIs for local and Group management
