About the department
In SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPPORT, we see ourselves as an internal service provider and maintain a professional and transparent relationship with our internal and external partners. We are responsible for the areas of Special Task, Supplier Management, Quality & Training and Commercial Planning.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
6. You coordinate and plan technical training programs end to end, from preparation through to implementation
7. You act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration
8. You identify training needs at an early stage and translate them into suitable qualification measures
9. You create training forecasts and keep an overview of requirements, capacities, and planning
10. You create and manage PRs and POs for training activities and ensure accurate and compliant processing
11. You contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training concepts and actively bring in new ideas
Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role
12. You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and confidently apply your organizational and administrative skills in day‑to‑day work
13. You bring solid IT skills in SAP and Microsoft Office; experience in a similar role is welcome
14. You communicate openly and respectfully, act with clarity, enjoy exchanging ideas with different stakeholders, and support the team with constructive input
15. You are interested in modern learning and adult education concepts, work pragmatically and hands‑on, and are motivated to continuously improve processes and training offerings
16. You take a structured and systematic approach, are well organized, and value a team environment based on mutual support and collaboration on equal footing
17. You communicate very confidently in German (C1) and can also express yourself reliably in English (at least B1) in a professional context
