As Senior Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d) – Digital Health Solutions, you will take ownership of digital performance marketing for Sonova’s digital health products, including our SilentCloud platform. You will design, execute and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across paid media, SEO and ASO, driving measurable user acquisition and engagement. More about the role
1. Define and own performance marketing strategies, including channel mix, media planning, forecasting and budget optimization
2. Plan, launch and continuously optimize campaigns across Display, Native Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn
3. Drive conversion rate optimization through ad copy testing, landing page optimization and funnel analysis
4. Lead SEO and ASO strategy and execution in close collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, product and development teams
5. Support app developers with app store metadata, visuals and recommendations based on ASO insights
6. Monitor, analyze and present campaign performance, insights and recommendations to stakeholders
7. Act as internal digital media expert, staying on top of industry trends, tools and best practices
More about you
8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
9. 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing
10. Strong expertise across digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid media, SEO and ASO
11. Experience in performance marketing for regulated industries (. medical devices, digital health or pharmaceutical marketing) is a strong plus
12. Solid analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking, reporting and performance optimization
13. Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments with an experimentation mindset
14. Very good German and English skills (both written and spoken)
15. Self-motivated, structured and collaborative, with the ability to work independently across teams
