How youu2019ll make an impactYou are responsible for developing and implementing vertical and country specific growth strategies for our IoT business with regional teams, PLM, Sales and Service.You conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunitiesYou recognize technological and regulatory trends and translate them into growth initiatives.You engage with customers to identify new growth opportunities, develop winning value propositions and business models combining Hardware, Software, IoT and service portfolio elements for all our major verticals.You ensure presence of our IoT portfolio in Siemens Xcelerator and identify growth opportunities and develop new value propositions in cooperation with other Siemens businesses.Your defining qualitiesYou have many years of experience in business development, sales, PLM and/or strategy. Consulting background would be advantageous.You are an entrepreneurial thinker with a high level of motivation and the capability to motivate and take people along.You have experiences in IoT and software business, and you know cloud based applications.You have a Masters degree in electrical engineering or computer science and have knowledge and experience in Power Distribution and Automation.Willingness to travel globally and proficiency in English completes your profile.You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
