Our organization is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to manage Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of companies, ensuring all aspects are handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Act as primary point of contact for all company management matters.
* Organize board and shareholder meetings to ensure timely decision-making.
* Publish relevant information on the Luxembourg Business Register in a timely manner.
* Draft corporate documents and agreements to safeguard the company's interests.
* Manage company payments and open bank accounts to facilitate financial transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date company files.
* Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements to avoid any potential issues.
Profile
* A law degree and 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or similar role are required.
* Knowledge of Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements is essential.
* Fluency in both French and English is necessary for effective communication.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively is crucial.
* Proficiency in computer skills is also required.
