Sales Director – Atelier Rebul
We’re expanding to Germany in 2026 and look for a Sales Director to lead the German market from Düsseldorf.
What’s the job?
Start: January 2026 | Location: Düsseldorf | Full‑time
You’re the go‑to person for anything related to Germany. From managing key accounts to defining retail strategy. Work closely with founders, coach local account managers and scale up.
Responsibilities
* Find, manage and grow top clients across retail, hospitality & gifting.
* Set up a solid retail strategy for Germany, in sync with our wider roadmap.
* Lead and coach account managers: planning, follow‑up, performance reviews.
* Point of contact for everything Germany‑related: trade shows, events, partnerships.
* Ensure everything runs on time and all departments stay aligned.
* Track numbers and use data to drive smarter decisions.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years in a commercial or sales leadership role.
* Deep knowledge of retail, beauty or lifestyle world.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Based near Düsseldorf or willing to travel.
* Structured, driven and leads by example.
* Long‑term mindset, not a job hopper.
