What you'll do
* Shape and continuously evolve Henkel’s data & analytics strategy to ensure future readiness and strategic alignment
* Translate strategic ambitions into a clear, prioritized portfolio of data & analytics initiatives and team‑level objectives
* Steer cross-functional transformation programs and projects, guiding teams to achieve key milestones and strategic objectives across cultural, technological, and operational dimensions
* Design and evolve state-of-the-art data & analytics operating models, clarify roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across teams to enable scalable and effective execution
* Strengthen data‑driven decision‑making through capability building, engagement, and enablement initiatives to establish a Henkel-wide data culture
* Define current and future workforce requirements aligned with organizational goals, and enable targeted training, workshops, and communities
* Partner with global business, IT, and data teams and ensure scalable, disciplined execution of data & analytics initiatives
What makes you a good fit
* Excellent university degree in business management, business psychology, analytics, or a related field
* 5+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in data & analytics or digital transformation
* Proven experience in developing and executing data & analytics strategies and operating models with measurable KPIs aligned to business goals
* Demonstrated success in driving cultural and operational transformation, including change management
* Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills; fluent in English and German
