In this role, you will coordinate digital marketing and communication activities across the EMEA region, translating central marketing strategies into effective local initiatives. Your main objective will be to plan and execute digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads. The position is based at our Neuenstadt am Kocher office, but can also be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe. We are looking for someone who is capable of managing and executing digital campaigns, but also developing strategy and detailed plans. Your tasks Digital Campaigns & Content Marketing Plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns to generate qualified leads Develop multi-channel promotional campaigns (Google/YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, email, third-party advertising) Create engaging content with a focus on storytelling (e.g., customer stories, videos, social media posts) Monitor campaign performance and report KPIs Marketing Planning & Coordination Coordinate with local marketing teams on regional and global campaigns Allocate and manage campaign budgets Collaborate with external agencies and oversee projects Use HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEMrush to track performance and optimize campaigns Your profile University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Management At least 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge and experience implementing SEO, SEA, SMO Strong project management skills Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce / MS Dynamics, MS Office, and SEMrush Excellent communication and presentation skills English fluency at C1 level What We Offer Company Culture: Respect, teamwork, reliability, and passion shape our collaboration.
