Your tasks
4. Entrepreneurial co-responsibility: You make strategic decisions and actively contribute to the economic development of the location as part of the management team
5. Leadership and team development: You will take on the disciplinary and technical management of the team of architects, develop your employees individually and create a motivating working environment
6. Project management and control: You will be responsible for the overall management of challenging construction projects from the initial concept to approval planning (work phases 1-4 HOAI)
7. Design and approval planning: You manage the creative design processes, develop outstanding architectural concepts and are responsible for preparing the final approval documents
8. Communication with authorities: As an architect authorized to submit building documents, you are the central point of contact for authorities, conduct negotiations confidently and ensure smooth approval procedures
9. Acquisition and customer loyalty: You represent the architectural firm professionally to the outside world, maintain the existing network and actively participate in the acquisition of new projects
Your profile
10. Qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering and are registered as an architect (m/f/d) with the Chamber of Architects or Engineers (or meet the requirements for this)
11. Management experience: You have a proven track record in the technical and disciplinary management of a team and know how to motivate and develop employees
12. Professional competence: You have several years of sound professional experience in project management and proven expertise in work phases 1-4 of the HOAI
13. Authority know-how: You are adept at dealing with building authorities and other relevant authorities and are very familiar with the approval process
14. Entrepreneurial spirit: You are characterized by strategic thinking, economic action and the desire to actively take responsibility for the future of a company
15. Strong communication skills: A confident manner, negotiating skills and excellent communication skills at all levels round off your profile
