Responsibilities
Über die Position:
Wir suchen einen motivierten Lösungsberater (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen für ein internationales Technologieunternehmen in Sofia. Sie unterstützen Kunden dabei, Produkte und Dienstleistungen optimal zu nutzen – ganz ohne technische Vorkenntnisse.
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
* Unterstützung bei Fragen zu Produkten und Services
* Nutzung interner Systeme (CRM, Ticketsysteme)
* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
* Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und Teilnahme an Schulungen
Qualifications
What you need to have is:
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
* Fluency in German, both written and verbal
* Working level of English
* Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
* Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
* Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
* Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
* Team player with a great attitude
* High school education
