Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon (On-site) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Start Date: 8 January 2026 Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Days Off: 2 rotational days Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Document customer interactions according to internal procedures Collaborate with internal teams when needed Requirements Dutch C2 level (mandatory) Good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Availability to work in rotational shifts Contract & Compensation Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months Base Salary: 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (14 months) Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (11 months) Relocation Support Relocation support is available.
