You’ll learn everything about events – from planning, execution, and follow-up to guest support before, during, and after the event – ensuring every visit to our hotel becomes an unforgettable experience.

What your day will look like:
No two days are the same during your apprenticeship with us. You’ll get to know all our departments and gradually become an expert in all tasks of an event management professional:
1. You’ll learn how to plan, organize, and execute all types of events
2. You’ll handle incoming event and room inquiries
3. You’ll communicate with our guests and learn how to create customized offers to make every event a unique experience
4. You’ll take on commercial tasks in accounting and controlling
5. You’ll gain insights into event services and learn how to run events
6. You’ll correspond with guests, organizers, and agencies
What we’re looking for:
7. Successfully completed school education
8. Organizational talent, team spirit, and strong communication skills
9. Motivation and enthusiasm
10. High level of flexibility, reliability, and resilience
11. Well-groomed, friendly, and confident appearance
12. Excellent German skills and ideally good English skills
