You will lead global strategic procurement initiatives in a fast-paced digital environment, procurement strategies that integrate cutting-edge technologies and align with bold, future-oriented business goals.

Global Procurement Leadership
Drive and manage global indirect procurement with a focus on professional services. Champion procurement practices that not only align with strategic business goals but also elevate operational performance across the organization.
End-to-End Sourcing Strategy
Architect and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for the IT professional services category. Go beyond cost savings—deliver strategic value by aligning sourcing decisions with innovation, digital transformation, and evolving business needs.
High-Level Procurement Execution
Lead contract negotiations and framework agreements with top-tier vendors (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, PWC, EPAM, SoftServe, Microsoft Azure, OVHCloud, IONOS, AWS, Google, SThree, Equinix, Digital Realty etc.). Oversee regional consolidation and optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate transformation, finance, IT, and procurement strategies.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate closely with internal teams across Finance, HR, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. Ensure procurement initiatives are fully integrated with broader business objectives through agile, strategic alignment.
Supplier & Contract Management
Cultivate strong, strategic supplier partnerships. Oversee the entire source-to-contract lifecycle and negotiate high-impact contracts that deliver long-term value and foster trusted, mutually beneficial relationships.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven Experience
Minimum of 5 years in professional services procurement, ideally within a global matrix environment. Solid track record in cross-functional, international project leadership.
Expert Negotiator
Demonstrated success leading large-scale contract negotiations with leading service providers such as Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini & Equinix. Skilled in delivering value-driven outcomes on strategic initiatives.
Strategic Collaborator
Assertive and solution-focused, with the ability to independently engage and influence internal stakeholders daily. You thrive in driving global procurement strategy with measurable impact.
Education & Languages
Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Fluency in English and upper-intermediate German required, with a willingness to further improve language skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Skills & Mindset
Strong analytical abilities, advanced MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with procurement systems. You’re proactive, organized, and resourceful—with excellent communication skills and a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
