To strengthen our IT department, which currently has around 175 employees, we are looking for an IT knowledge manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Landshut or Munich with immediate effect. Your tasks: IT knowledge management (development of guidelines and instructions; design, maintenance, and control of knowledge processes and knowledge databases) IT project management for projects related to IT knowledge management Migration planning and implementation as well as service transition in the context of the further development and introduction of new IT services Your profile: Successfully completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, information science or a comparable IT-related degree program or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT training with several years of relevant experience) Alternatively, several years of relevant experience as an IT knowledge manager (if the requirements are met on the basis of several years of relevant professional experience without a relevant university degree, the classification will be one pay grade lower). Practical experience in IT knowledge management, ideally in dealing with knowledge databases, documentation or collaboration tools.
