Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of corporate administration. This includes preparing legal documentation, updating registers, tracking and checking documents, organizing board/shareholders meetings, and liaising with external parties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Luxembourg corporate industry, including its actors, laws, and regulations. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in their approach, and demonstrate a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios with corporate administration;
* Prepare legal documentation for corporate administration (e.g., approval of annual accounts, transfer of seat);
* Update company records and track documents;
* Liaise with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notaries, and other external parties;
* Lead a team of junior officers and review their work.
Requirements:
* Degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
* At least 3 years' experience in trust services in Luxembourg, preferably in a similar role;
* Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate environment;
* Fluent English; any additional languages are beneficial;
* Detailed-oriented and organized individual;
