We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is eager to make a real difference. In this role, you will lead the entire recruitment lifecycle and play a key part in shaping TYTAN’s People & Culture function. Your mission: attract and retain exceptional talent, lay the foundations for a high-performing team, and help foster a resilient, values-driven organizational culture. Your roadmap to make an impact Design and execute TYTAN’s talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with our mission and growth trajectory. Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding - ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Scale with intention by building processes that attract, evaluate, and retain top talent across technical and non-technical roles. Ensure compliance with German labor law while introducing modern, scalable HR practices and future-proof processes. Who you are 2 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR ; experience in a tech or manufacturing environment is a strong plus. Academic background in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development, ideally with hands-on exposure to high-growth, fast-paced companies. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership. Solid knowledge of German labor laws, HR compliance, and recruiting principles. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Proficient in HR software and digital tools, ideally Personio or similar platforms. Why TYTAN?
