Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Management & Reporting Officer to support the modernisation of reporting and analytics systems, extend BCBS239 compliance scope, and implement data quality and digitalisation initiatives for a European Institution.
The role will contribute to the migration of legacy reporting systems, enhancement of data governance frameworks, and enablement of new IT tools aligned with the institution Group standards.
The incumbent(s) will report to and work under the supervision of the Head of the Data & IT Tools Unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields. A minimum of three (3) years' proven experience in data management, reporting, or analytics within a financial or regulatory environment.
Familiarity with BCBS239 principles and their application in reporting frameworks. Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, reconciliation processes, and governance structures.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Hands-on experience with Business Object, Tableau, Power BI, and data warehouse environments.
