We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and frontline managers, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand operational goals and deliver HR strategies that support performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
Workforce Planning : Support headcount planning, recruitment coordination, and talent pipeline development aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations : Provide guidance on employee issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Performance & Talent Management : Lead performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and support leadership development initiatives.
Change Management : Support organizational changes including restructures, expansions, and process optimization projects.
Data & Reporting : Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and workforce management in operational settings.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and manage HR projects independently.
Fluent in English, Chinese is highly preferred
