Area of Responsibilities:
1. Support in New Product-strategy and -portfolio development for product category in line with company strategic and commercial objectives
2. Lifecycle-, roadmap-planning and prioritization of product portfolio for strollers
3. Monitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventions
4. Support development of consumer segmentation and identify consumer needs for the product category
5. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities
6. Act as stroller category owner and coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations and if required further areas of the organization
7. Train & guide Marketing, Sales and Global Training team on the overall product category direction
8. Present product concepts and product stories to internal and external clients
9. Identify and recommend product directions/new opportunities and marketing strategies in order to support sales activation
10. Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the defined consumer groups
11. Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department and ensure they are efficiently and effectively executed
Profile of Qualification:
12. Successfully completed degree in industrial/product design or other relevant technical discipline
13. Proven track record of introduction and/or further development of innovative products in the segment of technical durable goods (B2C)
14. Substantial product management background coupled with a strong leadership and management experience
15. Strong commercial acumen
16. Experience of continuous improvement of internal structures & processes
17. Strong analytical skills
18. Entrepreneurial personality paired with hands-on and pragmatic approach
19. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
20. Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language
