Marketing Team Lead – E‑Mobility (m/f/d) We develop electric vehicle (EV) charging management software for operators that want to automate charging access, billing, and payments for their charging networks and business fleets. Responsibilities Own the complete marketing function at vaylens, overseeing growth and demand generation, as well as product and partner marketing. Serve as the linchpin connecting product, sales, customer success, and partnerships—defining how vaylens is seen, how leads are generated, and how we win in our target markets. Set vision and lead the marketing team, rolling up sleeves to own critical initiatives when needed. Growth and demand generation: build and manage multi‑channel acquisition strategies, full‑funnel campaigns, and lead nurturing. Maintain clarity and focus for the team and stakeholders through prioritisation, planning, reporting, and balancing long‑term growth investments versus short‑term wins. Lead competitive analysis and market research to shape direction, positioning, differentiation. Refine marketing operations, attribution models, and performance dashboards. Sales, product, and partner enablement: plan and manage tradeshows, owned events, and related campaigns across our three key regions. Oversee feature launches and the development of positioning, messaging, customer stories, and other collateral. Develop GTM launches and co‑marketing programs (e.g., joint PR, webinars, tradeshows) with key partners. Gather and leverage market insights, customer feedback, and usage data to refine campaigns and provide employees and partners with training and frameworks. Team management: mentor and grow a high‑performing marketing team; manage sales and marketing budgets, forecast ROI, and optimise spend. Integrate and oversee marketing tools and automation; report key metrics and present business impact to executive leadership. Foster cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product and partner management, and customer success. Qualifications 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in leadership, and deep experience in go‑to‑market strategy, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and/or partner marketing. Track record of driving measurable revenue growth from marketing campaigns. Obsessed with metrics that matter while knowing when to trust intuition and storytelling. Prioritises ruthlessly and moves fast without compromising teammates. Guides the team with trust and empathy, creating an environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and enabled. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling processes across growth stages. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
