WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Germany.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
* Independent commercial management of commercial properties (logistics).
* Tenant support and relationship management.
* Supervision and coordination of service providers, utilities, and suppliers.
* Lease contract management and accounts receivable management.
* Preparation of service charge statements in collaboration with the accounting team.
* Budget preparation and budget control.
* Cost monitoring and cost optimization.
* Handover and takeover of rental spaces.
* Regular inspections of properties.
* Timely preparation of reports.
* Close collaboration with technical property managers, accounting, and asset management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
* Completed real estate-specific training (e.g., Real Estate Clerk, Real Estate Specialist) or a related degree, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., Real Estate Economist).
* Several years of experience in property management for commercial real estate.
* Independent and responsible working style.
* Confident demeanor when dealing with tenants and a strong service-oriented mindset.
* Strong team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience with ERP/Property Management systems, especially Yardi.
* Language skills: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
