About the Role
This incredible opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Account Executives selling HCM and Financial Management applications into Germany's mid-market segment.
Responsibilities:
1. You will lead passionate, enthusiastic and successful sales specialists, who want to be part of one of the most ground-breaking cloud companies on the planet
2. You will actively mentor, support, and lead a sales team around account coverage, territory management, demand generation and opportunity execution
3. Your team will focus on generating net new revenue into prospects, through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.
4. You will implement value-selling processes alongside building up the knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio
5. You will drive the Workday Culture and cross-group teamwork
About You
Key Qualifications:
6. 5+ years experience leading high performing new business sales teams in the German mid-market
7. Demonstrated ability in sales leadership and successful track record on new logo acquisition, preferably experience in ERP or other enterprise business solutions or platform sales.
8. True passion for coaching and delivering results through others in a team selling environment
9. Ability to identify sales strategies to continue to grow revenue across the financial and professional services industry in Germany
10. Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with successful revenue attainment
11. Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

13. Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change
14. Passion to act as a playing coach, working closely with
delivering results through your team of Account Executives
15. Proficiency across a variety of selling methodologies, with existing track record of coaching or teaching these skills
16. High level of accountability in a fast growing environment
