What You Will Do
* Management of Customer Support Global Organization (goal setting, people management, performance reviews, defining correct organization structure)
* Dealer and Distributor Case Management as well as Phone Contact Management
* Supporting the achievement of PPR/PCR Time to Identify targets
* Providing technical assistance to other Customer Support groups as well as assisting the AGCO Product Integrity team regarding product concern resolution
* Dealer and customer engagement to ensure that issues are nominated to the product concern resolution process
* Engagement and involvement in brand OPC Meetings as well in new product introductions
* Active involvement as the local and legal entity for identified site employees
What You Will Bring
* University degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Business or comparable
* Minimum 8 years or more of experience in heavy equipment and/or agriculture industry and minimum 4 years in a management or supervisory role
* Experience in a customer or dealer support function or environment
* Understanding of heavy equipment industry (automotive, industrial, manufacturing, agricultural)
* Willingness to travel
A Plus If You Have
* Experience in successfully interfacing with a large organizational structure across multiple global sites
* Experience with the development of business processes & systems used to operate and govern an enterprise
* Experience or understanding of technical working environment or agriculture industry
