Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in the data center industry and contributing to critical infrastructure for the digital future? As a Construction Manager Mechanical (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects, with a focus on mechanical systems in highly demanding and mission-critical environments.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on mechanical installations (MEP)
* Ensuring that construction projects are carried out according to schedule and a high level of quality
* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and responsibility for mechanical site activities
* Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors as well as technical contact for customers
* Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress within the mechanical scope
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
* Conducting site inspections and acceptance tests
* Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
* Measurement creation and review of submitted subcontractor documentation
Show your expertise
* Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or a degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Experience in construction management or supervision of mechanical systems, ideally in industrial or plant construction projects
* Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards is an advantage
* Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to work on-site during project assignments
* Intercultural competence, team spirit, and an independent working style
* Very good German and good English language skills for communication with international and local stakeholders
* Valid German driver's license Class B
