Cluster Lead Delivery Director (EMEA & Turkey) Service Line: Automotive & Mobility Digital Operations / Technology Delivery Organization: Cognizant Technology Solutions Location: EMEA (Primary) | Turkey Reporting to: SVP / VP Delivery, Automotive & Mobility Role Purpose The Cluster Lead Delivery Director (EMEA & Turkey) at Cognizant is accountable for end-to-end delivery leadership for one or more strategic Automotive & Mobility clients across EMEA and Turkey. This role requires extensive service delivery skills in managing technologies under Digital WorkPlace and End user computing, SLA performance management, governance reporting, client satisfaction, financial performance (P&L), and people leadership, while strengthening Cognizant's position as a strategic transformation leader. The role requires strong alignment with Cognizant's Digital Operations, Industry Solutions, and Global Delivery Model, driving scale, innovation, and operational rigor across complex, multi-country engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Delivery Leadership Own full delivery accountability across applications, digital engineering, cloud, data, ERP, and managed services portfolios Ensure consistent achievement of SLA, KPI, and contractual commitments across EMEA & Turkey Establish and run robust delivery governance, including operational reviews, risk management, and escalation handling Drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and Cognizant best practices 2. Client Relationship & Account Leadership Act as the primary delivery partner for senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, Business Heads) Lead Executive Governance, QBRs, and Steering Committees Partner closely with Client Partners, Sales, and Consulting teams to strengthen account relationships Proactively manage risks and ensure high CSAT, NPS, and client advocacy 3. Financial & Commercial Ownership Own P&L responsibility for the cluster, including revenue, margin, cost optimization, and forecast accuracy Drive margin improvement initiatives through productivity, pyramid optimization, and delivery efficiency Support commercial discussions, renewals, scope changes, and large deal transitions Identify and drive account mining and cross-service growth opportunities 4. People & Leadership Excellence Lead and develop Delivery Managers, Program Directors, and Senior Leaders across locations Build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline Drive Cognizant's talent agenda : hiring, capability building, reskilling, and leadership development Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and high performance 5. Transformation, Innovation & Consulting Mindset Partner with clients on IT modernization and digital transformation journeys Drive adoption of Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, DevOps, Automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions Leverage Cognizant's Automotive & Mobility IPs, accelerators, and platforms Collaborate with Consulting, Engineering, and Industry Solution teams to bring differentiated value 6. Compliance, Risk & Quality Ensure adherence to Cognizant's quality frameworks, information security, data privacy, and regulatory standards Manage delivery risks, audit readiness, and business continuity planning Ensure compliance with client-specific automotive regulations and standards Required Skills & Competencies Leadership & Business Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders Proven capability to manage large, complex, multi-country delivery portfolios Strong business acumen, financial discipline, and decision-making ability Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Technical & Domain Expertise Deep understanding of IT Services Delivery and Global Delivery Models Strong exposure to Automotive & Mobility IT landscapes, including: Digital & Cloud Platforms Data, Analytics, Gen AI Experience & Qualifications 15 years of overall IT experience 10 years in senior delivery leadership roles within large IT services organizations Proven experience managing large automotive enterprise accounts in EMEA Strong experience with P&L ownership and executive client engagement Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology (Master's preferred)
