The Business Development Manager plays a vital role in the sales organization at SiteOne. Ensure that customers are aware of and fully utilizing all SiteOne capabilities including SiteOne University, vendor support, and Partner's Program
Partner and communicate effectively with Sales Support Representatives, Line of Business Specialists, and store associates to ensure customer orders are successfully placed, monitor the fulfillment process, and enhance the customer experience. Facilitate effective hand-off of customers to store personnel or Key Account Manager when appropriate.
College degree in a Business/Management discipline or related experience preferred
