Role Overview
The Transport and Logistics Sales Executive position is a high-impact role requiring an autonomous, highly collaborative individual to drive new business and strategic growth across the DACH/CEEC region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a winning sales strategy for assigned territories and verticals.
* Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across new and existing accounts, focusing on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
* Build and nurture executive-level relationships, aligning solutions with client strategic visions and uncovering new growth opportunities.
* Qualify and understand customer needs, articulating complex technical solutions in terms of business impact and value.
* Apply value- and impact-based selling to orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder projects and drive them to successful closures.
Requirements
* 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, preferably in location technology or mapping platforms for large global enterprises.
* Strong domain knowledge in transportation, logistics, mobility, retail, insurance, or tech industries.
* Demonstrated success in acquiring new large enterprise accounts and closing deals over €1M, managing complex transactions.
* Proven ability to develop new territories from scratch and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
