Responsibilities / Tasks
Your Role - Make an Impact
As a (Junior) Claim Manager, you will play a key role in helping our project teams manage contracts and optimize outcomes. This role is perfect if you enjoy analyzing challenges, collaborating across teams, and contributing to solutions.
You will:
* Support the management and resolution of claims, deviations, and scope changes
* Analyze contract documents to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Prepare clear documentation, reports, and negotiation materials
* Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams
* Contribute to claim management strategies and help implement best practices
* Gain hands-on experience in national and international projects

Education & Experience
* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
* Or completed commercial apprenticeship with advanced vocational qualifications
* Additional training in project or contract management is a plus
* Experience in a similar role is welcomed, but ambitious juniors are encouraged to apply
Skills & Strengths
* Strong analytical and structured working style
* Technical understanding and a business-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English (B2-C1)
* Confident, solution-focused approach to challenges
* Openness to regular travel within Germany and occasional international trips
