Ihre Aufgaben:
* Development and implementation of integrated media strategies for the CEE region
* Analysis of market trends, target groups and media usage in the respective countries
* Budget planning and control for media investments
* Selection, management and evaluation of media agencies and service providers
* Coordination of cross-media campaigns (TV, digital, print, OOH, social media)
* Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, reach)
* Close cooperation with local marketing teams and international stakeholders
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Experience in media planning, ideally with a focus on CEE markets (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia and Romania)
* Deep understanding of media landscapes and consumer behaviour in Eastern Europe
* Experience with media tools and analysis platforms (e.g. Nielsen, GfK, Google Analytics)
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Fluent business english
