Your tasks
13. You convince our customers of the value and benefits of our products through your scientific and communication skills, in order to
14. to achieve the set sales and growth targets. With a good understanding of their needs, you build sustainable business relationships.
15. You identify opportunities in the market and further develop network structures in the region.
16. You develop ideas for access control and sales promotion measures in a competitive environment and use resources effectively and efficiently.
17. You independently and regularly conduct market, account and potential analyses for the purpose of deriving and implementing regionally effective sales strategies.
18. You conduct information events, possibly including your own presentations, and participate in relevant national and regional events such as conferences and congresses.
19. You identify and prioritize needs and gaps in care on the part of therapists and patients throughout the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans within the framework of stakeholder management.
20. You closely monitor the market and share market-relevant competition and health policy information with the responsible contacts in the cross-functional team.
21. You will work closely and across field service lines in a regional and cross-functional team, proactively contributing your ideas and involving the relevant functions to further expand customer relationships and market access.
Your profile
· Completed university degree or doctorate, preferably in the fields of natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics or medicine
· Alternatively, you have the recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d) according to § 75 para. 3
· Prior professional experience in sales is an advantage.
· Your communication is precisely targeted, enabling you to argue scientifically on equal terms with opinion leaders.
· In-depth knowledge of health policy and the healthcare landscape in the field of oncology/pulmonology is desirable.
· Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, as well as creativity and proactivity
· High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills
· Excellent communication and rhetorical skills
· Customer focus and very strong networking skills
· Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
