About the Role
The Clinical Research Associate II/Senior CRA will play a critical role in overseeing clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the development of innovative medical treatments.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for assigned clinical studies.
* Ensure protocol adherence, data accuracy, and patient safety across all trial phases.
* Collaborate with investigators and clinical site teams to ensure smooth study execution.
* Review data and resolve queries to support the integrity of clinical datasets.
* Assist in preparing and reviewing study-related documentation, such as protocols and clinical study reports.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a life science, healthcare, or related field.
* At least 2 years of independent monitoring experience in clinical research.
* Solid understanding of clinical trial regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
* Strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills in both independent and team settings.
* Proficiency in German and English.
