Your responsibilities: Develop and implement creative and innovative ideas to further enhance our online presence gardena.com, based on best practices and consumer insights at a global level Translate the global marketing strategy into concrete online marketing activities Conceptualize, create, implement in CMS, and measure the success of global website content that excites our target audience (focus on marketing campaigns and user engagement) Search / Generative Engine Optimization of website content to increase organic web traffic Act as UX/UI lead for gardena.com, ensuring brand compliance and coordinating UX/UI aspects for digital offerings of internal stakeholders (GARDENA apps, 3rd-party tools, etc.) Coordinate external creative service providers and agencies Serve as an interface between global and local marketing teams, product management, eCommerce, AfterSales, and other internal stakeholders Continuously develop and optimize the CMS in collaboration with MarTech, IT, and external partners Your profile: Completed degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally within the technical consumer goods industry Solid experience in CMS editing, online marketing analytics, content marketing, and SEO/GEO Preferably experience managing international projects Enjoy working in international teams and taking on new challenges Strong organizational skills, a creative and analytical mindset, and a passion for new media A convincing, responsible, and open personality with excellent communication and presentation skills Confident use of all MS Office programs Fluent English skills required Our promise to you Become part of a team that is passionate about its work, proud of its history, and curious about the future.
