Key Responsibilities
1. Orchestrate the scope, prioritization, and distribution of resources in your team across multiple analytics projects.
2. Manage the delivery process and set clear expectations with stakeholders for project outcomes and timelines.
3. Champion our 'always testing' culture by designing and developing experiments.
4. Lead data deep-dive initiatives and partner with the Product function to identify opportunities and inform the Product roadmap.
5. Apply Data Science techniques for analytics research and collaborate with other Data Scientists.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in Insights Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Science
* Relevant experience in managing a team of analysts
