Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning and Business Objectives: Develop the company’s long-term strategy and short-term business plans by integrating core technologies from the German Research Institute with trends in the Chinese compound fertilizer market.
* Set annual business objectives and oversee team execution to ensure performance targets are met.
* Brand Development and Promotion: Lead the positioning and promotion of the brand in the Chinese market through technical seminars, industry exhibitions, media campaigns, and other means to enhance brand visibility.
* Sales Management and Customer Expansion: Develop customer relationships with domestic and international compound fertilizer enterprises, secure long-term supply contracts, and maintain key client relationships.
* Optimize sales processes (orders, logistics, receivables) to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Technology Commercialization and Industry Collaboration: Collaborate with the German Research Institute to drive the commercialization of technologies, tailoring them to meet the demands of the Chinese and global markets.
* Participate in industry forums and partner with international organizations (e.g., FAO) to strengthen technical influence and industry leadership.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company’s operations comply with laws and regulations, develop risk contingency plans, and safeguard cash flow and operational security.
* Team Building and Corporate Culture: Oversee talent recruitment, training, and succession planning for the team, reinforce a culture of "integrity and self-discipline," and enhance team cohesion.
