The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Senior Officer - Depositary

Your role:
Manage your own portfolio of clients (PE, RE, Infrastructure, Debt, FoF) and properly carry out daily depositary duties.
Be your clients’ first point of contact.
Ensure you always comply with regulations in force and internal procedures.
Assist in the drafting of documents such as fee proposals, depositary agreements or operating memoranda.
Prepare and issue different documents such as confirmations to auditors, KPI reports to clients…
Work on new clients’ onboarding.
Train more junior team members and supervise their work and deliverables.
In addition to the tasks listed above, the candidate may be requested to perform other ad hoc work from time to time.

Your profile:
Between 2 to 4 years’ experience with a Depositary; Big 4 or internal audit with specific depositary experience.
Degree in Law/Finance.
Have an in-depth knowledge of recent industry developments, especially with regards to AIFMD.
Good communication skills.
Flexible, organised and able to multitask.
Able to work both independently and with a team.
Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
